Eilenkin luennolla purin puolitoista kierrosta pitsitoppia.. murr

I just realized yesterday, what another Finnish blogger has realized as well: No holidays for me this summer. I have a way too many things going on at school to have any free time now. On Saturday I remembered by chance only, that I have an English grammar exam on Monday (yesterday). But since I have no clue on how to study for a grammar test, I just went through the modalverbs and crossed my fingers.... And got a 5! (it's an A+, people!!!!!!!!!!)

Otherwise I've got my Bachelor's Thesis to finish and present (next week... thank God for the 24 hour day!), consumption culture essay (10 pages), English literature essay, German grammar/take-home-test-package (very very dim stuff there....) and a speech for my Finnish oral skills class.

Also realized that I have to take a couple of days off at work this summer to go and sit some exams. A Maturity exam on my thesis and a book exam.

BTW, over here all university students have to write their Bachelor's thesis or seminar and also, around 90% go on and also write their Master's thesis (I made the number up, but the huge majority anyway). In my field we can write the Bachelor's thesis as a literature overview on the topic or go to the field and gather a sample and analyze it.

This is just to tell you that I'm not knitting. But I am ripping, however. Yesterday at class I ripped 1½ rounds of lace... *pi**** off*
