Ai juu, ja on mulla flunssakin...
Kumminkin.
Well, above you see that the sock from my last posting is progressing. Nothing else is. Today I've sort of pressed the lazy button and only read 20 pages (Finnish text, in 6 hours..). Also, I twisted my ankle at practise today -I didn't need to go to the doctor, bcs it doesn't hurt when I walk without shoes, but the Roadtripping for the weekend starts tomorrow. I have to go.
Oh, and I've got a cold, too.
It's not all that bad, I'm just having a moment here... *haha* Well, the first Laine-sock is now past the heel. I'm making an EURO 38 size (medium woman) sock. It seems to fit very well without another sock under it. (I'm used to having at least two pairs of socks on...One tennis sock or so, and a woolly sock) But I guess that since Austermann Step-yarn has Aloe Vera and Jojoba oils in it, another sock would just ruin the effect, eh?
The peasant heel didn't feel that difficult for me -or I've done something totally wrong... I only figured out the tightening of the yarn on the right side rows a little too late, so there are a couple of holes there at the ankle (you can see it in the picture..) I just realized when taking the picture, that I've messed up the pattern repeat after the heel. Well, I'll figure that out on Sunday evening.
